VENTA Logistics case study: a Framer website with custom components for an e-commerce logistics brand
Case study · VENTA Logistics · E-commerce fulfilment
Quick answer: VENTA Logistics helps e-commerce brands streamline fulfilment, shipping and operational logistics. Its buyers are founders who have outgrown packing orders themselves. I designed and built a three-page Framer site that shows the operation working, instead of describing it, and asks for one thing: a discovery call.
At a glance
Client: VENTA Logistics
Industry: E-commerce fulfilment
Scope: Design, Framer build, custom components
Platform: Framer + custom code
Pages: 3
Goal: Booked discovery calls
The brief
Every logistics company says it is fast, reliable and scalable. A founder choosing a partner needs to see it, not read it.
B2B logistics websites tend to look alike: a warehouse photo, a list of services and a contact form. None of that shows a founder what working with you actually feels like.
VENTA needed a site that felt like modern infrastructure, made the services easy to scan, and gave every visitor the same low-pressure next step.
The approach
Show the system in the hero: The first screen pairs a clear promise, "Modern Logistics Infrastructure For Growing E-Commerce Brands", with a live-feeling operations panel: shipments overview, on-time delivery and a shipment flow.
Custom components where Framer stops: Interactive pieces, including a shipment-tracking widget, were hand-built as custom code and embedded in Framer, so the site behaves like the product it sells.
Five services, one line each: Fulfilment coordination, shipping management, carrier coordination, logistics operations and backend systems, each explained in a single sentence.
A process buyers can picture: Four numbered steps, from operational discovery to ongoing optimisation, so the first call feels like the start of a plan, not a sales pitch.
Industries named out loud: Shopify brands, consumer products, supplements, subscription boxes, apparel and fast-growth e-commerce, so the right buyer recognises themselves.
Ideation and process
Positioning: Defined the buyer: e-commerce founders outgrowing in-house fulfilment.
Sitemap: Three pages: a long homepage, contact, and terms.
Wireframes: Hero with a working operations panel, then services, why VENTA, process, industries and one call to action.
Build: Framer for the site, hand-coded components for the interactive pieces.
The sitemap
Services: Fulfilment, Shipping, Carriers, Operations, Backend
Why VENTA: 4 reasons
How it works: 4 steps
Industries: Shopify, Apparel, Supplements
Contact: Discovery call
A dark interface with one accent colour.
The whole site runs on near-black surfaces with a single green accent, the colour of a status that says everything is moving. Cards, icons and data use the same grid, so the page feels like a dashboard rather than a brochure.
Every call to action leads to the same place, Book a Discovery Call, followed by one reassuring line: no commitment, just a conversation.
